Welcome Home, San Diego!

Hello, I'm Meredith Aimone, San Diego Realtor®. I'm known for my cheerful, adventuresome spirit, as well as being reliable, ambitious and always ready with a sincere smile and a helping hand.

I grew up in Newburgh, a small city in New York's scenic Hudson River Valley. Before settling here in San Diego, I've lived in New York, Chicago, Burbank, San Francisco, and even The Netherlands. Although each of those places have their perks and charms, my heart is in San Diego, which I have called home for the last 13 years. To me, it is an urban paradise - the city and surroundings offer so many fabulous places to tour and discover, from its beautiful beaches, to Balboa Park, to its unique city skyline.

I love exploring the city, as each neighborhood has its own distinct personality and character. San Diego is also a place where I can easily pursue my passions for both yoga and gardening.

I am thrilled to be affiliated with Keller Williams San Diego Metro Realty!

If you have any home buying or selling needs, don't hestitate to get in touch – I'm here to help!

The Advantages of Working with a Realtor®

When you work with me, I will:

  • Educate you about your market.
  • Analyze your wants and needs.
  • Guide you to homes that fit your criteria.
  • Coordinate the work of other needed professionals.
  • Negotiate on your behalf.
  • Check, and double-check, paperwork and deadlines.
  • Solve any problems that may arise.

The typical real estate transaction involves at least two dozen separate individuals - insurance assessors, mortgage brokers and underwriters, inspectors, appraisers, escrow officers, buyer's agents, seller's agents, bankers, title researchers, and a number of other individuals whose actions and decisions have to be orchestrated in order to perform in harmony and get a home sale closed. It is the responsibility of your real estate agent to expertly coordinate all the professionals involved in your home purchase, and to act as the advocate for you and your interests throughout.
